ACCESSIBLE ANYWHERE, ON-SITE AND ONLINE

Recreating an artwork from your collection as a puzzle is possible online via a dedicated URL (such as yourmuseum.puzeum.com), but also inside the museum thanks to tablets made available to visitors.

Even in front of the artwork itself, visitors can play directly on their phones using a QR code placed next to the piece.

This makes the visitor experience more interactive and playful, both inside the museum and beyond its walls and opening hours.

OPTION #1

COLLECTING VISITOR DATA WITH CONSENT

After completing a puzzle, the solution can prompt a short form to collect information that the visitor agrees to share. For example:

  • The visitor’s email, in order to:
    • receive their completion time and the image of the finished puzzle
    • stay informed about museum events
    • etc.
  • And, if the visitor wishes, provide the museum with personal information such as:
    • place of origin.
    • reason for the visit.
    • etc.

OPTION #2

TRACKING GAME ACTIVITY AND COLLECTION USAGE

The solution can record and present usage data in the form of statistics to better understand visitor engagement. For example:

  • Most played artworks
  • Number of puzzles completed per day
  • Comparison of participation by channel: website, on-site tablets, or QR codes
  • etc.

NEXT STEPS

Puzeum, the online puzzle solution dedicated to museums, is currently in development and will be available in 2026.

The purpose of this presentation is to assess interest from museums and digital partners at an early stage, and to identify the most expected features with those who wish to be involved.

Museums and partners expressing their interest through this form will benefit from early premium access, to be defined together, ahead of the planned 2026 launch. They will also receive priority updates on major project milestones.
